Astrid Kauffmann

Astrid was born in Santiago, Chile and moved to Curacao, a Dutch island in the Caribbean, when she was nine. After graduating from the University of Florida in the USA, she returned to the Caribbean to work in St Maarten. Later, she moved to London and worked at Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising as a Media Manager. She quit Saatchi's after seven years to become a holistic therapist, artist and teacher of self help. She moved to Mallorca in 2004, where she combined her linguistic-, artistic- and people skills to create, and successfully develop Mallorca Restaurants 121 and the improved product SkyBlue Mallorca Food & Wine Guide.

Anthony de Souza

Anthony was born and raised in Africa! By profession he is a teacher having taught in seven different countries around the world. He first came to Mallorca 25 years ago after receiving a bursary from a South African university. He also spent many years raising funds for HIV/Aids and Education projects from the corporate sector and international donor agencies. Anthony has run the London marathon, jumped out of airplanes and worked underground in gold mines. Today his interests centre on the ever changing world of Internet Marketing.

Victoria Amengual Howe

Victoria Amengual is a true citizen of the world. She comes from a bi lingual, bi cultural Mallorcan and English background, and has a Masters degree in Classics from Durham University in the United Kingdom. Victoria has travelled extensively and has spent time living in India, the United Kingdom and Spain. She is currently living on the island of Mallorca, Spain where she is developing her passion for food and wine and is a regular contributor to SkyBlue Mallorca, Food and Wine Guide  Victoria's Blog
