Promoting the gastronomy of Mallorca Culture has become quite a passion for both of us. There is just so much to feast our eyes on and to tantalise our taste buds, so we hope this online guide will help you discover the variety and quality of food and wine available in Mallorca, Spain.

During the last six years we have personally visited over 1000 restaurants, wine estates and gourmet establishments in Mallorca. We have taken over 40,000 photographs and have conducted more than three hundred and interviews with chefs, restaurant owners and wine makers. We have made it our task to research, and via SkyBlue Mallorca, bring you the best of Mallorca Restaurants, their chefs, Mallorca Wines, Mallorca Catering and more….
