The company offers its wide ranging services across the Balearic Islands and all year round, making d'Calvache a highly attractive option for all your catering needs.

D'Calvache personalizes each and every event it caters for, making sure it is as exclusive and detailed as possible and an occasion the client will never forget.

D'Calvache also organises cookery workshops which include hands on classes for beginners and hints and tips on creating gourmet cuisine.

Sample Luxury Aperitif
Strawberries stuffed with caramelized foie gras; Crab and dill 'montadito'; Shot of traditional Gazpacho; Creamy cheese mousse with tomato marmalade; Selection of Iberian cold meats with bread and tomato; Selection of mini sandwiches; Cheese platter.

Sample Menu
Spider crab cannelloni with a seafood bisque and rocket salad; Wild Seabass with aubergine purée, peppers and courgettes; Semi-fred of passion fruit with pineapple sorbet and red fruits coulis; Petits fours.
Both examples include a selection of drinks.
