Description
Zee Restaurant in Cala Estancia in Palma, is a creative project born out of experience, knowledge and a love for good food and wine.

Well known chef Hilbert Sluiter introduces us to a unique style of cooking. Given his international background he works with French, Dutch and Mediterranean influences to which he adds local flavours, thereby creating a fusion cuisine with a very personal touch.

Carefully chosen decorative details give Zee Restaurant a particularly agreeable ambience and very much its own 'personality'.    

The Chill Out area and beautiful terrace invites diners to a pleasant and relaxing stay, transforming summer evenings into unforgettable occasions.

Starters - Vitello tonnato, thin sliced veal with tuna mayonnaise, capers, pine nuts, dried onions, crispy bacon and chives; Confited duck liver served on a salad of haricots vert, poached white grapes, walnuts and truffle dressing

Meats and Fish– Wild duck fillet served with pan fried Brussels sprouts mixed with mashed potatoes and  duck gravy; Grilled turbot with wild chanterelles and a creamy sauce with truffle caviar; Grilled suckling pork filet and pan fried tiger prawns, served with wild spinach and prawn sauce

Services
Given its proximity to the Airport, Zee Restaurant specialises in the organisation of business events. Cocktails on the terrace with a capacity for 140 people. Private events in the restaurant for up to 45 people. Lunches in the Chill Out area open at the same time as the restaurant.
