Description
Wineing is a wine and tapas bar located inside an old renovated building within the historical La Lonja quarter in Palma. The interior still preserves its antique character and houses the latest in wine-tasting technology. The wine bar has its very own wine-tasting machines which make it possible to try more than 48 different wines by the glass. Each customer receives a card upon arrival which they can use to control how much they want to spend on wine during their visit and how much of each wine they want to try. The machines use sophisticated technology to make sure all the wines remain at their optimum state at all times. This is a new, interactive concept which is great to share with friends. Everyone can help themselves to wines, and to accompany them, the kitchen offers a selection of the finest 'tapas', cheese, cold meats and also house classics like the beef club steak. Wineing is the perfect place to discover new wines (the list is constantly being updated) and to share some tapas, all within a relaxed and fun environment.

Wineing won the prize for the 'favourite tapa' and for the 'best service' during the Tapas festival Tapalma 2008. The winning tapa was goat's cheese wrapped in bacon with onion marmalade.

Wine List
The wine list is always being updated and is open to suggestions. There are 48 different wines in the machines which are available to try by the glass. There are also various collections to choose from:

Wines of Mallorca: at Wineing the list includes wines from the island - from classic wines like J.L. Ferrer, Macià Batle and Ribas to new additions like AN, Binigrau and Castell Miquel. Also outstanding wines such as AN, Ribas de Cabrera, Son Prim, Son Bordils, Ca'n Vidalet, and new wines such as Miquel Oliver's Ses Ferritges, or the Xperiment 04 which is a newcomer to the wine cellar.

Innovations: Other Spanish Denomination of Origin wines such as The Bierzo (Pétalos del Bierzo of J. Palacios), Cigales (Traslanzas), and the excellent wines of Toro (Bajoz crianza and reserva, Pintia, Manchuela (Salia), Yecla (Hécula)

International wines: looking to the New World (Argentina, Chile, California, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand), but without forgetting classic French or Italian wines

Classic: the lovers of classic wines will recognize Gran Reserva 904, Pesquera, Jean León, not forgetting newer wines which are destined to become classics like the wines of the Somontano, Pintia in Pintia or El Vínculo which comes from Alejandro Fernández in La Mancha

High scale: a collection that leaves no wine lover indifferent, Vega Sicilia Único and Valbuena, Aalto and Aalto PS, Tempranillo and Graciano Amaren, Flor Pingus, wines of the Priorato, Artadi Pagos Viejos, Contador, classic French and Italian and Mas la Plana (one of the best Cabernet Sauvignon's in the world)
