Slow Food Illes Balears aims to restore and preserve our food heritage. Reason why they celebrate and support Bodegas Ribas, Vins Toni Gelabert and Can Majoral, three wine estates who for 12 years have have been working to recover, produce and launch into the market wines from two native grape varieties to Mallorca, the Gorgollassa and the Giró Blanc, so far not allowed
