Description
With its latest establishment opened in 2010 on Calle Sant Magi in Santa Catalina, Wasabi further enhances its offering of Japanese restaurants in Mallorca. The first Wasabi Restaurant was inaugurated in 2004 and since then its popularity has grown from strength to strength, so now there are four establishments in Palma: Wasabi Sushi Bar & Restaurant on Calle Sant Magi, Wasabi Blue in Ciudad Jardin, Un by Wasabi in La Lonja, and a new dedicated Take Away and Delivery Service: Wasabi Express on Calle Caro in Palma.

Wasabi Restaurants offer traditional Japanese cuisine as well as Japanese fusion in the form of hot dishes and a very wide variety of sushi and makis; moreover, everything they offer is based on the highest quality produce. Wasabi is a firm believer in the importance of a highly qualified team and trains all its Chefs to ensure they can recreate the best Japanese cuisine and dishes which are exceptionally well presented.

Wasabi on Calle Sant Magi is a spacious and modern establishment which is ideal for dinner with a group of friends or for a special occasion. Wasabi Blue is a relaxed and welcoming restaurant with spectacular views of the sea in Palma's Ciudad Jardin. Un by Wasabi is a sushi bar located in the centre of Palma's old town – ideal for a quick lunch and some freshly made sushi.

Combination Platters (pictured) which include, for example, Sashimi (cuts of fresh fish), Niguiri (rice with fish on top), California Rolls and Hosomaki (rice rolls covered with seaweed)
