Description The gourmet restaurant Vista de Rey is found in the newly refurbished Blue Bay Galatzó in Peguera. Enjoy fabulous views of the sea and the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range from the romantic terrace - the ambience is a perfect complement to the gastronomic delights created by executive chef Jens Bräuning and his team.
Jens Bräuning has been working with his sous chef Claudio Bonomelli for many years now and together they have revamped the Menu at the Blue Bay Galatzó and the Vista de Rey Restaurant. On the menu you will find a range of mediterranean delights, including some Italian specialities and Asian touches; all dishes have a solid classical base, and are beautifully presented.
Average Price 3 courses €40 (excluding wine, including IVA) Specialty Fresh Mediterranean cuisine. Every Tuesday there is BBQ night with wine tasting and live music.

Hotel in Mallorca The Blue Bay Galatzó with four stars occupies a privileged location on the top of a hill between Santa Ponsa and Peguera in the South West of Mallorca. The hotel is surrounded by gardens and enjoys magnificent views. Paguera beach is just 2.5 km away from the hotel and the city of Palma is 15 minutes away by car. The hotel has a total of 169 rooms, including 'Comfort' rooms, Junior Suites and Family rooms. There are five tennis courts, two swimming pools and a luxury Spa.

Services The Vista de Rey Restaurant can cater for groups of up to 50 people within the restaurant and 120 around the adjoining swimming pool. The Blue Bay Galatzó offers a very wide range of services for banqueting and conference events in Mallorca. All catering is headed by the hotel's executive chef, Jens Bräuning
