Veritas Restaurant provides the same five-star quality and service that is offered at the luxurious Hotel Gran Meliá Victoria in which it is located. At Veritas, enjoy a combination of classic, yet modern and creative Mediterranean cuisine prepared with the best products from Mallorca and the region by Chef Cristóbal Enríquez. Choose a full 5-course gastronomic tasting menu (great value for money at €50 + tax), something 'a la carte', or tantallise your tastebuds with themed menus from other parts of the world, like Asia or Mexico. Either way, let yourself be pampered by the friendly and professional staff here at Veritas, who aim to provide a personalised service, so please let them know of any dietary requirements you might have. The dining room inside provides an elegant, warm and tranquil atmosphere, or in the summer, dine 'al fresco' on the terrace and take in the views of the Paseo Marítimo, the famous Cathedral and the harbour of Palma.

Other facilities
There are three different banqueting rooms available at the Hotel, to accommodate up to 400 people (the rooms go by the names of Marivent, Tapices and Salon Victoria). All types of events can be catered for and menus can be adapted to different preferences (e.g. buffet, set menu, executive menu for company dinner). Please book at least 3 weeks in advance for large groups.

Hotel Gran Meliá Victoria also offers Convention Centre facilities for up to 800 people with all the latest audio-visual technology for all types of events.
