Number of seats 40 inside, 30 outside on the terrace Hotel in Valldemossa, Majorca Valldemossa Hotel is a small, luxurious country hotel, consisting of two stone houses from the 19th century, set on a hill overlooking the valley of Valldemossa in Mallorca. The building was carefully restored to maintain the original structure and was finished in 2004. It offers 3 Double Bedrooms and 9 Junior Suites, each decorated in its own individual style and equipped with all mod cons to allow for maximum rest and tranquillity. The marvellous panoramic views of the valley can be enjoyed from the bedrooms, terraces, sitting rooms and dining room. The Hotel is integrated within beautiful gardens and terraces on different levels and includes an outside swimming pool and bar. There is also an inside swimming pool which is temperature controlled, and a Sauna and Jacuzzi.

Samples from the Menu 2011 Starters - Fresh ‘pocha' beans with clams, red prawns and parsley oil; Scallops grilled and served on ‘escalivada' with bean sprouts and dried tomato vinaigrette; Foie gras terrine with duck tataki, baby leaves and rhubarb jam
