Unbar D'Calvache Restaurant is located in the Poligono Can Valero in Palma, where you can enjoy tasty and exciting tapas and 'a la carte' dishes, a menu of the day or a business lunch. There is also a Vegetarian menu.

From now on, this new restaurant will change the flavour of the Poligono with its distinctive and urban touch. Unbar D'Calvache Restaurant pays attention to all small details, as well as to all of its culinary creations. 

Seasonal and fresh products are always served at reasonable prices, so you have a large choice for your meal. The menu consists mainly of local products, and there is also a varied wine list. 

Experienced chef-owner Jordi Calvache offers an excellent personal, professional and culinary service.

The atmosphere is warm and modern, with colorful paintings on the wall and original lamps made from kitchen utensils.

Due to its location, early morning breakfast will be one of the new specialities of Jordi Calvache. So you will be able to really enjoy the first meal of the day; making the mornings a special, and wholesome occasion!

Jordi Calvache will regularly hold cooking workshops where participants can actively take part in learning the art of cooking.
