The Tunel Shop will be a happy discovery for any wine lover or person in search of difficult to find liquors and spirits.

Tunel is the largest drinks distributor in the Balearics and their shop in Marratxi is a representation of all the different products they sell here in Mallorca and across Spain.

Originally famous for 'Hierbas Tunel', the original distillery was located in Bunyola and was given the name 'Tunel' after the tunnel that was built there for the train to Soller, a novelty in its day. Nowadays, apart from producing the traditional Hierbas and Palo, Tunel also makes liquors and spirits of many varieties, as well as its own wine. 

The shop stocks all their own products as well as more than 100 different wines from all the regions in Spain, and all kinds of spirits including gin, whisky, rum, and vodka, many of which the company distributes exclusively on the islands. Aina, the shop manager, is extremely knowledgeable and she will be happy to help you find anything you may not see on the shop shelves.
