Wines which respect the environment
Inaugurated in 2007, the Winery is the work of Binissalem design team Morlà and Morey. It succeeds in the double challenge of combining modernity and functionality, and gracefully blending with the environment.
Environmentally sound, through its low energy consumption, water recycling, and clever use of solar energy, the vineyard design also allows a flowing of tasks which enhances productivity and working conditions.
The winery has 35 hectares of vines growing Manto Negro, Callet, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, and it also has 4 hectares of Arbequina olive trees.
