TaPalma 2008 es la cuarta edición de esta feria de Tapas en la ciudad y restaurantes de Palma. La idea es dar a conocer el concepto del 'Tapeo' a los ciudadanos de Palma. Se han compuesto cuatro rutas por la ciudad para que la gente los siga y vaya parando en los restaurantes participantes, manteniendo así la tradicional manera de 'ir de tapas'. Cada restaurante ofrece dos tipos de Tapas a un máximo de 2 € por tapa y bebidas a un máximo de 1.20 € por bebida.
Entre los restaurantes participantes destacamos los siguientes;
De la Ruta 'Plaza España'; Restaurante 801 que ofrece Escalibada de Bacalao y Croqueta de Gambas con Pistacho y Espinacas, y Restaurante Basmati que ofrece Basmati Tikki y Bhuna Khiehuri.
De la Ruta 'Santa Catalina'; Restaurante Koldo Royo que ofrece Gazpacho de mandarina con rodaballo marinado y Brocheta de langostinos con bacon
De la Ruta 'Lonja'; Restaurante Bruselas que ofrece Mini burger de cordero sobre chutney de cítricos de sóller y Mozzarella con mollejas de ternera y cebolla confitadas
Y De la Ruta 'Entre ruta'; Restaurante Pepe Pintos Cocinero que ofrece 'Elogio a Mallorca' y Tosta de setas agridulces con velouté trufada
TaPalma 2008, from 8th to 12th of October
TaPalma 2008 is the fourth edition of this Tapas festival in Palma. The idea is to familiarize people with the concept of Tapas and for this reason four routes have been set up which can be followed around the city stopping at participating Palma restaurants for a Tapas. This is of course in keeping with the traditional idea of Tapas which is to walk around and stop at a few bars or restaurants for a drink and a bite to eat. Each restaurant is offering two types of Tapas at a maximum of €2 each and drinks at a maximum of €1.20 each.
We would like to highlight the following participating restaurants;
On the 'Plaza España' route; 801 Restaurant is offering Cod Escalibada and Prawn croquettes with pistachio and Spinach. Basmati Restaurant is offering Basmati Tikka and Bhuna Khiehuri.
On the 'Santa Catalina' route; Koldo Royo Restaurant is offering a Mandarin gazpacho with marinated turbot and prawn and bacon kebabs
On the 'Lonja' route; Bruselas restaurant is offering a Mini lamb burger with citrus fruits chutney and Mozarella with fillets of beef and caramelized onion
On the 'between routes' route; Pepe Pintos Cocinero Restaurant is offering a Tapas in Honour of Mallorca, and sweet and sour mushroom toast with truffled velouté
