El pasado mes de junio se presentó en el Museo Es Baluard en Palma de Mallorca la última oferta de vino de la bodega Son Prim, el Son Prim Cup 2007. 

Este es el primer coupage de Son Prim, elaborado con las variedades mallorquinas Mantonegro, Cabernet Sauvignon y Merlot. Pertenece a la cosecha 2007 y cada variedad ha permanecido, por separado, en barrica por un período de 16 meses. Sigue con la misma filosofía de calidad del resto de los vinos Son Prim.

La prestigiosa revista “PERSWIJN”, conjuntamente con el ICEX, ha elegido a Son Prim CUP 2007 uno de los 100 mejores vinos de España en los Países Bajos, dentro del concurso “Los mejores 100 vinos de España en Holanda 2010″, al cual se presentaron más de 3.000 vinos.

Son Prim winery in Mallorca recently launched its newest wine, Son Prim Cup 2007 at the Es Baluard Museum in Palma de Mallorca.

This is Son Prim's first coupage and is made up of the Mantonegro, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot Mallorcan grape varieties. It was harvested in 2007 and each variety was stored separately in barrels for a period of 16 months. This wine continues within the Son Prim philosophy of producing wines of an excellent quality. 

Despite the fact that it has just been released on the market, Son Prim Cup 2007 has already won a prize. ICEX and 'PERSWIJN' magazine in the Netherlands has selected the wine as one of the 100 best wines in Spain. The competition was entitled 'the 100 best Spanish wines in Holland in 2010' and over 3000 wines took part.
