Description
Simply Fosh is a city centre oasis in the middle of Palma with a chic interior taking informal dining to new heights.

In contemporary stylish surroundings, Simply Fosh is housed in the Refectori of the 17th century Hotel Convent de la Missio in the old town of Palma with a modern interior of black-and-white, sun terrace, cascading wall of water and food that everyone can enjoy.

The restaurant offers a Mediterranean Menu where the emphasis is on creating simple but imaginative dishes using fresh, seasonal & local ingredients.

Starters - Marinated Sardines "Simply" Tomato and fresh basil Salad; Chilled yellow gazpacho with marinated salmon, mango and avocado; Terrine of Suckling pig and foie gras with spiced cherries and fresh herb chlorophyll

Mains - Potato and Parmesan Gnocchi with young spinach & Wild Mushrooms; Duck breast with grilled polenta, red wine shallots & Foie Gras puree; Fresh Cod with Mediterranean Quinoa & a cauliflower-anchovy veloute

Desserts - Café con leche Simply Fosh (Mousse, ice cream, cookies); Apricot crumble with raspberry sauce and salted caramel ice cream; Banana mousse with fresh cheese ice cream and cacao crumble

Services
Can take groups of 45-50 people in the restaurant, and there is a separate function room which holds a maximum of 150 people. Please book at least a week in advance.
