Description Simply Fosh Restaurant is a new concept in the centre of Palma by well-known chef Marc Fosh. Although he calls it 'a stripped down pocket-friendly version of Mediterranean cuisine', Marc's philosophy has not changed - and, as the name implies, Simply Fosh is all about 'going back to basics' and 'enjoying good, fresh, healthy food at affordable prices'.
Marc's objective is to ensure that guests enjoy a casual and fun way of eating in this stylish and modern setting, located in the refurbished 17th century Hotel Convent de la Missio. The Menu at Simply Fosh is changed every two months to accommodate seasonal variations, and the select price-based wine list is updated regularly.

Services Can take groups of 45-50 people in the restaurant, and there is a separate function room which holds a maximum of 150 people. The restaurant is available on a Sunday for groups of more than 25 people. Please book at least a week in advance.
Wine List A small price-based list of international wines which are changed regularly. Cavas and Champagnes.
