Senzone restaurant, located within the Hotel Hospes Maricel of five stars, is defined by a strong Mediterranean character. At Senzone, the best products from all over the island are transformed into exclusive, dishes to delight all the senses.

Hospes Maricel's unique architecture adds elegance and style throughout, providing a relaxed atmosphere that blends in perfectly with the environment.

Take in the unique view from the lovely terrace over the Bay of Palma, while you enjoy the gastronomy on offer. Maricel is the link between the sky and the sea - spoil yourself with a visit. 

Directions
Hotel Hospes Maricel is located 5 kms from the old town of Palma and 2 kms from Puerto Portals on Carretera d'Andratx, 300 metres from the sailing harbour Calanova. From the motorway to Andratx take exit Bendinat-Illetes, after the tunnel at the roundabout, take exit Palma - Cas Catala; after the traffic lights straight on and after 500 mtrs you'll find the hotel entrance on the right-hand side.

In January 2004, Hospes Maricel was recognised as having The Best Breakfast in the World at Madrid Fusion: the International Summit of Gastronomy held every year in the Spanish capital. The breakfast is available from 8.00 to 10.00 am (last order). It is necessary to book ahead of time to enjoy the Best Breakfast in the World at Maricel. Please contact the Hotel to book.

The Chef composes a menu of five dishes from the restaurant menu for all guests at the table. The menu price is 70 € per person (IVA not included)

Hotel in Majorca
The Hospes Maricel, a luxurious hotel of five stars, was built in 1948. It re-opened in September 2002 after being abandoned for 15 years. Refurbishments were led by designer Xavier Claramunt who aimed to maintain intact the genuine spirit of the building. It offers 29 rooms, decorated in a modern and contemporary style.

Starters - Warm cream of potatoes and leeks in a low-temperature egg and Iranian caviar; Scallop salad with green and white asparagus in vinaigrette; Jabugo ham roll, pigeon and Foie Gras with savoury turrón cream sauce

Main courses - Sec i Torrat rice of rabbit with allioli; Wild seabass with tomato compote and baby squid; Glazed suckling pig, its crispy skin and amaranth chips

Desserts - Hazelnut couland; Fine apple cake; Coconut and chocolate compact with pumpkin in textures
