Description 
The new Satyricón restaurant with its original gastronomic offering, is located in the main square of the old town of Alcudia. The building which was formerly an old cinema, has been impressively recreated as a grand Roman room on three floors and galleries, in the style of an amphitheatre.

The interior is a journey into an historic Roman world: copies of original artwork hang on the walls, a mosaic of more than 700,000 pieces has been created on the floor, an original fresco adorns the ceiling, and sculptures are placed throughout. Even the name Satyricón was inspired by what is purported to be the world's first novel: an account of day-to-day life in Rome.

Apart from the spectacular Roman setting, Satyricon offers a high standard cuisine at reasonable prices, along with friendly, efficient service. Enjoy a fresh, creative cuisine prepared with the best products from the Mediterranean by chef Raúl Resino who is originally from Madrid.

Satyricon is the perfect place for an intimate dinner or any type of celebration or party, whether you prefer to sit inside or outside on the terrace.

Starters - Mi cuit Foie-gras terrine wrapped in a caramelised apple; Vegetable and wild mushroom stir fry on a bed of creamed spinach; Green bean salad and lobster with black Chanterelle mushrooms and raspberry vinaigrette

Fish - Turbot with warm trampo vinaigrette; Hake in extra virgin olive oil with mediterranean aromas, razor clams and artichokes; Wild Sea bass with seafood ragout and 'Felsos de Santa Pau'

Meats - Ox fillet with pureed potates, wild mushrooms and truffle sauce; Slow-roasted Mallorcan lamb with houmous and caramelised onions, orange and rosemary; Ox-tail wrapped in jabugo ham with a red wine sauce

Desserts - Lichi cream with white chocolate and orange juice cream; Moscatel jelly with chocolate rain and maracuya; White chocolate spheres with citrus fruits and green tea

Services
The restaurant has a maximum capacity for 125 seated dinner guests, or up to 160-170 standing. It is possible to hire the whole restaurant, subject to availability. Please book at least one week in advance for large groups.
