Description
Sal de Cocó is the name given to the salt that the local fishermen collect from the rocks in the area of Colonia Sant Jordi; natural sea salt which has always been used for cooking in Marta Rosselló's family and which has inspired the name of her new restaurant. Marta opened this, her first restaurant at the beginning of the summer hoping to be able to create her signature cuisine within a relaxed and friendly environment in the Colonia Sant Jordi. Marta is an extremely talented young chef who has won numerous awards and has been supported by well-known chef Koldo Royo.
After having experienced working in various restaurants Marta felt the desire to be in charge of her own kitchen, and opened Sal de Cocó with the help of her family. The combination of Marta's original cuisine and the friendly service of the maitre Francisca have meant that this new restaurant is already enjoying growing success. Enjoy fresh fish brought in by Marta's grandfather cooked as always using Sal de Cocó.
