    Description
    Sa Torre de Santa Eugenia restaurant is found in the old 'Celler' of this ancient family house which is now a tranquil Rural or Agroturismo Hotel. The huge wine barrels in the restaurant add a splendid touch to the warm and unique atmosphere. Taste a deliciously fresh cuisine with International, Mediterranean and Mallorcan flavours created by chefs Victoriano and Carme. All meals can be accompanied with an excellent wine stored at perfect temperature in the cellar.

    In summer, enjoy your dinner in a typical Mediterranean garden setting.

    Take the Santa Maria turnoff from the Palma to Inca highway. You will come to a circle next to a cemetry. Follow the new road signposted to Santa Eugenia - at 7.5 kms there's a sign on the right for Sa Torre. Follow the signs to the restaurant. See the google map at the bottom of this page.

    Diverse, exclusive Tasting Menus of Sa Torre, carefully prepared by chefs Victoriano and Carme. Desserts are home made.

    Tasting Menu of four dishes which changes regularly and consists of Starter, Fish Course, Meat Course and Dessert for €39 (excluding wine and tax).

    Hotel - Agroturismo in Santa Eugenia, Mallorca
    Sa Torre de Santa Eugenia is a typical Mallorcan estate or 'possessio' from the fifteenth century, which has been in the same family for nearly 500 years. It is located in what was once a vineyard that produced excellent wines - a tradition which is now being recovered with the planting of new vines. 
     
    The estate was refurbished in 1991 and turned into a Rural or Agroturismo Hotel to accommodate guests who wish to spend a quiet and tranquil holiday in a friendly, comfortable family environment.

    Apart from the rich, traditional interior, Sa Torre boasts more than 7000 square meters of expansive gardens which are carefully tended by the family, including Aromatic herb gardens, orange grove, almond and carob trees, a landscaped reservoir, vineyards and cereal fields.

    Starter - Andaluz Gazpacho (cold tomato soup) with king prawns. Fish & Meat - Sea Bass with courgette and spinach Canneloni and Mascarpone sauce; Beef steack with aubergine jam. Dessert - Custard Cream tart with fruit salad

    Starter - Cold meat tart with tomatoe and a salas bouquet. Fish & Meat -  Hake with sauteed onions and cuttlefish with garlic and parsley sauce; Duck confit with stir fried vegetables. Dessert - Chocolate Fondant    

    Wine list
    The vines grown at Sa Torre supply many of the grapes from which the well-known wine estate Macia Batle in Mallorca produces its wines. At Sa Torre itself, there is a fine selection of Spanish wines, including wines from Mallorca. Sparkling wines and Champagne.

    Victoriano López-Pinto Ivars and Carme Jubany Soldevila. Victoriano, the younger son and his wife Carme, studied at the School of Hotel Management of 'Sant Pol de Mar' for three years. Later they furthered their studies at the prestigious Hoffman School of Hotel Management in Barcelona during a three year period which also incuded a Masters in Pastry.

    Private parking for guests. Hiking excursions are offered and planned by Victoriano López-Pinto Ivars, head of the family. He is an experienced guide and connoisseur of the most beautiful parts of the famous Tramuntana mountain range.
