Description
Sa Pedrissa restaurant is located in the romantic little rural hotel of Sa Pedrissa in Deia, currently owned and run by the Artigues family. Here you can enjoy typical Mediterranean and Mallorcan dishes, prepared with the best local and home-made ingredients (many from their own gardens) by chef Victor. The charming terrace surrounded by trees, boasts some of the loveliest views of the cliffs and the ocean found on the island, creating an oasis that is truly relaxing and energizing. A first-class service is at your disposition to make sure your visit is everything it should be.  
 
Directions
From Valldemossa, follow the signs to Deià. Located on a sharp corner about 8 kilometres further on the road that runs parallel to the sea you will see the entrance to Sa Pedrissa on your left.

Specialty
Mediterranean and Mallorcan cuisine with seasonal ingredients. Fresh locally caught fish. Lamb from the island of Mallorca (and from Sa Pedrissa). Fresh products from the area and from Sa Pedrissa's own gardens: citrus fruits, almonds, olives and olive oil, honey. Sa Pedrissa makes its own yoghurts and jams.
 



Dishes can be adapted for special dietary requirements with advance notice.

Starters - Mixed salad with goat's cheese, bacon and pine nuts; Risotto of seasonal mushrooms with a scallop brocheta, asparagus tips and prawn foam

Main Courses - Iberian pork sirloin filled with caramelised apple and plum, with a wild berry sauce; Honey crusted rack of lamb served with a selection of vegetable scented with rosemary; Millefeuille of monkfish and 'pa amb oli' tapenade with a black olive cream and ragout of sundried tomatoes; Slow roasted seabass and fennel with Mallorcan vegetables

Desserts - Caramelised chocolate ravioli served with mini mandarine sorbet and blueberry foam; Dried fruit 'cake' with apple ice cream on top and a hot fresh mint infusion; 'Lasagne' of mint and dark chocolate mousse

Can cater for private groups of up to 30 people. Firm booking at least one week in advance, with set menu. Please contact the hotel at least two weeks before the event.
