Ronny is a Greek-German Chef who was raised and educated in Germany. After completing his culinary studies at the age of 20 he moved to work at the Chicago Hilton under Chef Wieland Ludwig.

He then moved on with Hilton to work in London where he also worked at Gordon Ramsay's restaurant on Royal Hospital Road. This was followed by time working for Kempinski Hotels in Germany and Greece.

Ronny moved to Mallorca looking for new challenges and began working for well known Chef Marc Fosh at Read's Hotel and Fosh Food in Palma. He is no co-owner and Chef at Duke Restaurant in Santa Catalina where he has created ‘a cross-cultural food concept for global nomads served in a casual, relaxed but unique setting.'

He also manages the kitchen at Can Punta Restaurant, in Palma de Mallorca.

Ronny es un cocinero Greco-Aleman que creció en Alemania. Tras completar sus estudios culinarios a los 20 años, se mudó al Chicago Hilton para trabajar bajo el mando del Chef Wieland Ludwig.

Después se mudó con Hilton a trabajar en Londres donde también trabajó en el restaurante de Gordon Ramsay en Royal Hospital Road. Seguidamente estuvo una temporada en los hoteles Kempinski en Alemania y Grecia.

Ronny se mudó a Mallorca en busca de nuevos retos y empezó a trabajar en las cocinas del conocido Chef Marc Fosh en el Hotel Reads y en Fosh Food en Palma. Actualmente es co-propietario y jefe de cocina del Restaurante Duke donde ha creado ‘un cruce en comidas de distintas culturas para nómadas globales, servido en un contexto casual, relajado y único'.

También dirige la cocina del Restaurante Can Punta, en Palma.
