El Jefe de cocina Roland Schulte es originalmente de Alemania pero ha vivido en Mallorca durante más de 15 años. Su carrera profesional incluye cuatro años trabajando junto a Siegfried Rockendorf, con dos estrellas Michelín, en Berlin. Roland también ha sido Jefe de cocina en el lujoso hotel La Reserva Rotana en Manacor durante ocho años. Al ser posible, le gusta trabajar con productos frescos y orgánicos. Como director y jefe de cocina en Cap Vermell Beach Hotel, también ofrece especialidades de langosta y pescado fresco.
Chef Roland Schulte is originally from Germany, but has lived in Mallorca for 15 years. His professional career includes four years of working alongside Siegfried Rockendorf, with two Michelin stars, in Berlin. Roland also was head chef for eight years at the luxurious petit hotel La Reserva Rotana in Manacor. Whenever possible, he likes to work with fresh, organic products. As director and chef at Cap Vermell Beach Hotel, he also offers speciality dishes of lobster and fresh fish.
