Restaurante Itinerante combina el Enoturismo y la Gastronomía en Mallorca

Un nuevo concepto en Mallorca con el objetivo de dar forma a jornadas únicas entre viñedos, donde la cocina y el vino son los protagonistas. Cocina mediterránea, tradicional, oriental-japonesa, orgánica-ecológica, vegetariana, italiana, vasca, argentina, continental, contemporánea, de mercado….Explora la dieta mediterránea y sus diferentes fusiones. Disfrute de la riqueza de los productos, las tradiciones milenarias y la belleza de los paisajes de la isla de Mallorca.

Se han creado cinco itinerarios

Ruta 1 - Raiguer
Un recorrido por el municipio de Raiguer y todos los que se encuentren dentro de la DO de Binissalem

Ruta 2 - Llevant
Un paseo hacia la parte Nororiental de la isla. DO Pla i Llevant

Ruta 3 - Migjorn
Ruta por la parte más meridional de Mallorca.

Ruta 4 - Tramontana
Una de las zonas de las isla con más interés en cuanto a valores culturales, naturales y etnológicos.

Ruta 5 - Costa Nord
Paseo por el feudo histórico de la Malvasia de Banyalbufar y Estellencs.

Restaurante Itinerante combines Oenology and Gastronomy in Mallorca

This is a new concept on the island of Mallorca where the aim is to offer a complete gastronomic experience at a different wine estate every day of the week. Each day one of the selected chefs tailor-makes a gourmet meal, married with a careful selection of wines from the estate. It's wonderful way to enjoy firsthand Mallorcan gastronomy, its wines, its culture and its landscapes.

There are five routes

Route 1 - Raiguer
A trip across the villages of Raiguer and all those within the Wine Of Origin (D.O.) Binissalem

Route 2 - Llevant
A trip through the northeastern part of the island.

Route 3 - Migjorn
Route through the southern most part of Mallorca.

Route 4 - Tramuntana
The north of the island, and one of the most interesting areas in terms of cultural, ethnological and natural values.

Route 5 - Costa Nord
In the Southwest, a walk around the historic fief of the legendary Malvasia of Banyalbufar and Estellencs.

Availability from Monday to Friday all year
The tour is from 10.00 to 16.00 (approx)
Price is €145 per person
Small groups: Maximum of 8 people
Includes: transfers to / from the wine estate

Wine maker accompanies the group to the vineyards
