La Riba, Palma

Rafael Díaz siempre quiso ser cocinero. Desde muy joven se puso a trabajar en cocinas y fue aprendiendo cada aspecto de la profesión. Rafael ha trabajado en una gran variedad de restaurantes y hoteles, el Restaurante Don Caracol, El Real Club Náutico de Palma y El Bahía Mediterráneo entre ellos. 

Su especialidad son los pescados y mariscos y en La Riba elabora platos clásicos españoles.  

Rafael Diaz always wanted to be a Chef. He began working in kitchens from a very young age and worked his way up through every aspect of the profession. Rafael has worked at a wide variety of different restaurants and hotels across the country, including Don Caracol Restaurant, The Real Club Nautico in Palma and the Bahia Mediterraneo Restaurant. 

He specialises in fish and seafood and now prepares classic Spanish dishes at La Riba Restaurant in Palma.
