Cuisine • Fish • Mediterranean • Seafood Description In 1965, the Bauzá family inaugurates Port Blau, the first restaurant on the front line walkway of the port in Colonia Sant Jordi. As was then the case, Port Blau continues to serve the most delicious dishes prepared with the extraordinary fresh fish available from the area. At Port Blau restaurant, there has always been a familiar manner along with an unbeatable professional service. The restaurant is now run by Toni, second generation of the family, and his excellent team. The dining room offers a nice, relaxing maritime atmosphere, but if you prefer to sit outside there is a big terrace on the harbour promenade which is right on the beach. If you are near this southeastern part of the island, Port Blau is the place to go if you are in the mood for locally caught fresh fish and seafood, or to enjoy a traditional and very tasty Spanish paella. Please let the waiters know if you have any special dietary requirements.
Directions Port Blau is found on the road running alongside the harbour in the town right opposite the beach.
