Pius Schnider, Jefe de cocina del Restaurante El Pato en el Golf Club Son Vida es de origen suizo y lleva más de una decada en Mallorca deleitando a clientes de todas las nacionalidades. Pius tenía un restaurante en el Lago de Constanza en Suiza con el cual consiguió una estrella Michelín así como dieciseis puntos de Gault Millaut. En El Pato junto a su mujer Gabriela, sigue la misma línea de su anterior restaurante en Palma, 'El Chopin', ofreciendo creaciones de temporada con productos frescos además de sus platos clásicos de autor de tanto éxito.

Pius Schnider, Chef at El Pato Restaurant in the Son Vida Golf Club is originally Swiss and has been delighting customers of all nationalities with his cuisine in Mallorca for over a decade. Pius used to have a restaurant at the Constanza Lake in Switzerland with which he achieved a Michelin star and sixteen Gault Millaut points. At El Pato he works together with his wife Gabriela, maintaining the same line of service as they used to offer at Chopin restaurant in Palma, and creating seasonal dishes using fresh produce as well as his legendary signature dishes.
