Pavla Ivars, de origen Checa, es la Jefe de cocina en el Fusion Cafe Lounge que dirige junto a su marido René Ivars. Pavla tiene muchos años de experiencia en el mundo de la hostelería y ha trabajado en restaurantes por todo el mundo. En Fusion Cafe Lounge, Pavla se encarga del grill de leña, y de crear platos exquisitos de carne a la parrilla junto a ensaladas y pescados. Pavla cocina con cariño y usando algún que otro secreto que trae de su trayectoria internacional creando una verdadera fusión en sus platos.

Pavla Ivars, originally from the Czech Republic is the Chef at Fusion Cafe Lounge Restaurant which she runs with her husband René. Pavla has a wealth of experience in the world of restaurants and has worked all over the world. At Fusion Cafe Lounge, she is in charge of their wood grill, and she prepares delicious grilled meats as well as salads and fish dishes. Pavla cooks with care and uses a secret or two she has learnt along the way during her international trajectory to produce a true fusion in every dish.
