Patrick Paulen, Celler Tianna Negre











 

Patrick Paulen es actualmente el sumiller de la Bodega Celler Tianna Negre en Binissalem. A Patrick le avala una larga carrera en el mundo del vino y la restauración. Ha trabajo como maitre y sumiller en restaurantes y hoteles de alto nível, entre otros en el Restaurante Tristán, el Hotel Formentor, y durante una larga temporada en el mítico restaurante Malvasia. 
 

Patrick es además miembro fundador de la Asociación Balear de Sumilleres de la que fue presidente en el año 2003 y forma parte de la Unión de Asociaciones Españoles de Sumilleres. Patrick es uno de los 5 jurados del comité técnico del concurso al mejor sumiller de España. 

 

Patrick Paulen is currently the sommelier at the winery Celler Tianna Negre in Binissalem. He boasts an extensive career in the world of wine and restaurants. He has worked as maitre and sommelier at restaurants and hotels of a very high standard, including Tristan Restaurant, the Formentor Hotel and for a long period at the emblematic Malvasia Restaurant in Palma. 
 

Patrick is also a founding member of the Balearic Sommelier Association of which he was president in 2003, and he belongs to the Union of Spanish Sommelier Associations. Patrick is one of the 5 judges on the technical committee for the Best Sommelier in Spain Award.
