Cuisine • Italian Description Osteria da Sandro in the Port of Andratx, was inaugurated five years ago and has become a very popular venue with locals and visitors. This is a typical Italian establishment, with lots of atmosphere and good cheer. Apart from the wide variety of fresh pizzas and pasta dishes, you will also find the classic 'Antipasti' and 'Dolci' on the menu, as well as constantly changing suggestions on the blackboard. A great place for families or to languish for an evening with friends.
More than just a simple legend... The Church of Santa Maria de Cosmedin in Rome is known for its Bocca della Verità (Mouth of Truth), a circular stone mask worn by time that the Romans used as a drain cover. According to the legend, if a person who is a liar or an adulterer puts his or her hand into the mouth, it closes and bites the hand.
