Miguel Barceló es el segundo jefe de cocina del nuevo restaurante Cuba Colonial. Trabaja junto a Fran Morata, en la elaboración de exquisitos platos mallorquines con toques originales y contemporáneos. 

Miquel siempre ha sido un apasionado de la cocina y tras completar sus estudios en la Escuela de Hostelería de las Islas Baleares ha trabajado en restaurantes como el Gadus en Cala D'Or y Sa Marina en Cala Figuera. También ha tenido el honor de trabajar en el servicio de cena de la familia real en el Palacio de la Almudaina de Palma.

Miquel Barceló is the sous-chef at the new Cuba Colonial Restaurant in Palma. He works alongside Fran Morata creating exquisite Mallorcan dishes with an original contemporary touch. 

Miquel has always been passionate about cooking and after completing his studies at the Escuela de Hosteleria, has worked at restaurants like Gadus in Cala D'Or and Sa Marina in Cala Figuera. He has also had the honour of working in the kitchen for the Spanish royal family's annual dinner at the Almudaina Palace.
