Miguel Angel Miró Sastre, de origen Palmesano, es un apasionado del producto fresco, y se dedica a crear platos sencillos pero de la más alta calidad en el Restaurante La Terraza de Port Adriano. Miguel Angel lleva ya una trayectoria de más de veinte años a los fogones y su secreto es elaborar todos sus platos a diario y al momento. Uno de los platos estrella del Restaurante La Terraza es la paella de bogavante, con bogavantes sacados frescos del vivero.
