    Description
    One could say that the most important attributes of restaurant Mediterráneo include the high quality cuisine and service, as well as good value for money. Located at the H10 Punta Negra Resort, this charming setting in front of the sea instills a relaxing and tranquil feeling, and also offers a creative cuisine using the best ingredients of the area. All dishes on the menu are created and prepared by their enthusiastic Chef Luis Javier Aznar, who has more than 16 years experience in the culinary arena. During the summer months, guests can enjoy their meals on the terrace which provides splendid views of the coast with a light Mediterranean sea breeze.



    La Pineda, the second restaurant, is open from 15 June until 15 September for dinner only. La Pineda also boasts a terrace with sea views. Additionally, it has two function rooms available for special celebrations, banquets, weddings or company lunches/dinners. The Hotel also offers a variety of services for the organisation of any type of event.

    Specialty
    Mediterranean and International cuisine, with signature dishes using the best seasonal products from the market. A good variety of vegetarian options on offer.

    La Pineda (the second restaurant) offers fine dining on the terrace in summer at an average price per person of €40-45 (excl drink, incl VAT).

    Mediterráneo is open from 12.30 to 22.30 every day

    La Pineda is open for dinner from 20.00 to 23.00 except on Sundays (and only from 15 June to 15 September)

    Hotel in Costa d'en Blanes, Majorca, Spain
    H10 Punta Negra Resort of 4 stars is located right on the seafront, on a small peninsula off the Costa d'en Blanes with direct access to two small sandy bays. There are 96 rooms, 28 suites and 13 bungalows. The resort is comfortably equipped with all modern conveniences and all the rooms have a terrace or balcony with views over the sea. Rooms for disabled persons, and non-smokers also available. Large garden, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and spa.

    Starters - Foie rocks with caramelized apple à la virgen Malaga wine; Carpaccio Trilogy: prawn, scallop and cod; Avocado with prawns, avocado with sea crab, avocado with small lobster

    Fish - Sea bass loin with small berries and artichoke in lemon and ginger pap with teriyaki sauce; Roasted bream with Graus sausage over seaweed and beetroot cream

    Meats - Lamb with roasted vegetables à la thyme and rosemary aroma; White beef chop à la cabrales cheese with potatoes and chives; Sweetened suckling pig, mini apples, potatoes and pineapple with pomegranate sauce

    Dessert - Petit suisse with petit suisse and petit suisse; Mango carpaccio, lavender ganache and pear sorbet; -196°C red fruit coulin with maracuya and banana soup; Solid Mojito with lime and green apple ice cream
     



    Other facilities
    The Hotel has two function rooms in La Pineda restaurant (Pineda I -for up to 120 people, and Pineda II - for up to 200 people) with the best possible banqueting facilities and services designed for the organisation of all types of events. Additionally, the Duncal Meeting Room (40 m2) is available for private meetings.

    There are special group menus available from €85-140 per person. Buffet menus also possible from €22.50 to €36.00 per person. Firm arrangements need to be made at least 10 days in advance of the event.  Please call Raimundo Yebes at the Hotel for more information. 
     
    Wine list
    An ample list with Spanish wines from a variety of regions. Red, white and rose wines available as well as Champagne and Cava.
