All dishes are created and prepared by chef Luis Javier Aznar, who is still passionate about food after more than 20 years' experience in the kitchen. He offers a creative cuisine where he combines flavours that tantalise the tastebuds with surprising presentations.
La Pineda, the second restaurant, is open during the summer months (from mid-June until mid-September) for dinner only. La Pineda also boasts a terrace with sea views. Additionally, it has two function rooms available for special celebrations, banquets, weddings or company lunches/dinners. There are 96 rooms, 28 suites and 13 bungalows. The resort is comfortably equipped with all modern conveniences and all the rooms have a terrace or balcony with views over the sea. Other facilities The Hotel has two function rooms in La Pineda restaurant (Pineda I -for up to 120 people, and Pineda II - for up to 200 people) with the best possible banqueting facilities and services designed for the organisation of all types of events. Additionally, the Duncal Meeting Room (40 m2) is available for private meetings.
There are special group menus available from €85-140 per person. Buffet menus also possible from €22.50 to €36.00 per person.
