Description Máxime is located at Vall d'Or Golf on the southeast coast of Mallorca, at the top of a hill. From the spacious terrace one can appreciate spectacular views of Portocolom and Cala d'Or. Open to everyone for a drink, a snack or more elaborate dishes, created by Chef Maxime Deymier.
Maxime, also the director, explains that the restaurant offers 'an unpretentious cuisine where the main focus is the taste of the dish'. The cuisine leans more and more towards a fusion of styles. There are classic recipes from three Mediterranean countries (Spain, Italy and France) and there is still the chance to 'play' a bit with some Asian flavours on the menu.
There is an open air barbecue every Friday night.
Máxime is also an ideal place to celebrate any event or banquet, as this beautiful spot accommodates up to 300 dinner guests.

Golf Course in Mallorca Vall d'Or Golf is an 18 hole golf course, located in the southeastern corner of the island of Majorca in the town of S'Horta, between the two towns of Cala d'Or and Portocolom - two well-known ports.
Inaugurated in 1985 with the first 9 holes, and expanded to 18 in 1993 according to the project Bradford Benz (California) Driving Range.
