Marco Gallina es un cocinero italiano que lleva más de una década en Mallorca. Y como toca, ofrece una auténtica cocina italiana con especialidad en pasta fresca de elaboración propia. Lleva el arte en las manos, y en su Restaurante Cantonet Marco ofrece los más suculentos y deliciosos raviolis rellenos, además de los pappardelles, pennes y tagliatelles. Otro plato de origen italiano de Marco es el Casoncelli a la Bergamasca - ¡hay que probarlo! Marco dirige el restaurante con su esposa Giusy.
Marco Gallina is an Italian chef who has lived and worked in Mallorca for more than a decade. And as one would imagine, he offers authentic Italian cuisine with his speciality being fresh home-made pasta. He carries this art in his hands, and at his Cantonet Restaurant in Pollensa Marco prepares the most delicious raviolis, stuffed with all sorts of goodies, as well as penne, pappardelle and tagliatelle dishes. Another dish that originates from Marco's home town is the Casoncelli a la Bergamasca - a must try! Marco runs his restaurant with wife Giusy.
