    Description
Mana Pan Pita Fresco is the first and only company to make fresh authentic pitta bread in the Balearics. Pita bread is a healthy and nutritious kind of bread which is characterized by its pocket like interior, ideal for stuffing with your favourite fillings to make a delicious sandwich.  Pitta bread is originally Middle Eastern and has become increasingly popular over the last few years due to its flexibility, fabulous flavour and original shape.

Mana pita bread is made in a unique way which means that it can stored in the freezer for up to a year without losing any of its flavour and texture and then easily defrosted in an oven, microwave or toaster. This means you can always have pita bread in your freezer to use when you run out of supplies and need a quick, easy and tasty meal at any time of the day or night. Mana makes wholemeal and white pita bread in Majorca according to a traditional recipe and in several different sizes, from mini pita bread which is ideal for canapés at a stylish event to a medium or regular size, ideal for sandwiches. Mana is able to deliver bread anywhere in Mallorca, Spain and Europe and serves its bread in convenient freezable boxes which make it easy to store. Mana Pita bread is available to deliver to restaurants, cafeterias, bakeries, delicatessens, catering companies, yachts and distributors.

Mana Pan Pita is a locally produced product which is unique due to the freshness and quality of its flavour; with Mana pita bread you can be as creative as you like; any filling goes, use it as an accompaniment to your favourite dips, serve it hot or cold, and surprise your friends with something different.

    Products
    Fresh wholemeal pita bread
    Fresh white pita bread

Available in mini, medium and large sizes. Please contact Mana Pan Pita Fresco for more details.

Because the bread is fresh, it is at its best when eaten on the same day of baking, alternatively it can be stored in the freezer and then defrosted in the microwave for 25 seconds or in the oven for 2 minutes. Mana pan pita is sold either fresh or frozen.

    Suggested fillings
The great thing about Mana Pita bread is that you can be as creative as you like when it comes to fillings. From simply warming the bread in the toaster and serving it with butter and cheese, to serving it as an accompaniment with houmous, taztziki or taramosalata, the possibilities are endless. Simply rip open a section of the bread at the top to reveal its fabulous elastic pocket, and fill it with your favourite ingredients.

Try serving Mana pita bread with a freshly made greek salad with feta cheese and black olives, or with grilled vegetables and chargrilled chicken. See Mana Pan Pita Fresco's website for more great filling ideas.
