Oriundo de Palma de Mallorca, Juan consigue su título oficial de Sommelier por la A.S.I. (Association de la Sommellerie Internationale), en la Escuela de Restauración y Hostelage de Barcelona en el 2002.  Asume el puesto de jefe de comedor y sumiller en el Hotel Cala Sant Vicenç y después en el Restaurant y Hotel Es Convent. Actualmente, Juan es jefe de comedor y sumiller en Restaurante Es Molí d'en Bou (con una estrella Michelin).

Originally from Palma, Mallorca, Juan receives the oficial title of Sommelier by the A.S.I. (Association de la Sommellerie Internationale) at the Hotel and Restaurant School in Barcelona in 2002. He assumes the post of Maitre and Sommelier at Hotel Cala Sant Vicenç, followed by Restaurant and Hotel Es Convent in Alcudia. Currently, he is Maitre and Sommelier at Es Molí d'en Bou Restaurant with a Michelin Star.
