En Flor de Sal, Jonay y su equipo elaboran platos frescos y llenos de matices; con especialidad en los platos con algas. Un 'enamorado' de la cocina, este joven cocinero está siempre aprendiendo e innovando, y usa su imaginación para crear platos con el propósito de sorprender a los comensales.

Jonay Hernández Sánchez is in charge of the kitchen at Flor de Sal Restaurant in Camp de Mar, Majorca. Jonay was born in Tenerife and has worked for many years within the Sol Melià hotel chain, where he was able to gain a wealth of professional experience.
At Flor de Sal, Jonay and his team prepare fresh creations which are full of flavour, and specialize in dishes containing seaweed. This young Chef is (as he says) 'in love' with his work and is always learning and innovating. He uses his imagination to create dishes with the aim of surprising his customers.
