Description
In 1996 the de Castro-Martin family took over Jardín restaurant. Since then, with the support of an excellent team, they have ensured that Jardín is run successfully. The Menu is the result of many years' creations in the kitchen to offer traditional yet imaginative cuisine - dishes created with care and a predominance of fresh seasonal produce. At Jardín, the de Castro-Martin family attends every day to the restaurant with their dedication to excellent cuisine and service. Enjoy a fine dining experience in the romantic garden terrace in summer, or in winter in the newly refurbished dining room upstairs. Please advise the restaurant of any special dietary requirements beforehand, so that your needs may be fully met.  

Directions
Take the main road to Arta from the Port of Alcudia called Carretera de Arta. From the circle with a large orange horse sculpture take the third turn off to the left. There is a large signboard indicating where the restaurant is.

Traditional Tasting Menu (Short)
Includes 2 starters, one fish dish, one meat dish and dessert. The price is 45 € per person

Gastronomic Tasting Menu (Long)
Includes 3 starters, one fish dish, one meat dish pre-dessert and dessert. The price is 65 € per person

Starters -  Roasted scallops with pasta in a parsley and garlic emulsion; Caramalised foie-gras cake with mushroom pate and roasted peppers

Fish - Hake au gratin with garlic mayonnaise made from roasted garlic and vegetables; Steak of tuna in its brine with trampó cous- cous and 'salmorejo' sauce

Meat - Roast pork with apple and spiced aubergine; Iberian bird of prey with roast potatoes and spicy emulsion

Desserts - Lemon soaked strawberry delight with mascarpone cream and coconut ice cream
