'Historia y evolución de la cocina de Mallorca' es un libro publicado por la Academia de la Cuina i del Vi de Mallorca, que tiene su sede en las Bodegas José L Ferrer en Binissalem. Esta es ya la quinta edición del libro publicado por este grupo de amigos y sabios de la gastronomía mallorquina, siempre se ha publicado en Catalán y esta vez está disponible en castellano. El libro consiste de dos tomos y más de 700 recetas de cocina balear, todos ellos cocinados y probados por los miembros de la Academia, entre ellos José Luis Roses Ferrer y el fallecido Juan Olives i Mercadel. El libro tiene un precio de 76 € y está a la venta en la tienda de las Bodegas José L Ferrer en Binissalem y en El Corte Inglés.

History and development of Mallorcan cuisine by the Mallorcan Academy of Food and Wine
'History and development of Mallorcan cuisine' is a book published by the Mallorcan Academy of Food and Wine which is based at the José L Ferrer Wine Estate in Binissalem, Majorca. This is the fifth edition of this book which is produced by a group of friends with a wealth of knowledge about Mallorcan gastronomy. It has always been printed in Catalan, but this fifth edition is available in Spanish. The book consists of two tomes and more than 700 Balearic recipes which have all been tried and tested by the members of the Academy, including José L Roses Ferrer and the late Juan Olives i Mercadel. The book costs 76 euros and can be purchased at the wine shop at José L Ferrer Wine Estate or in the Corte Inglés.
