For the first time ever, Marc Fosh opens his kitchen to celebrity Michelin Star Chef Tim Raue who together with Simply Fosh's Head Chef Nils Egtermeyer will compose three signature dishes for guests to taste in a 6 course extravaganza.
True to his style Tim Raue will be offering Asian cuisine, combining Japanese product perfection, Thai aromas and Chinese cooking philosophy whereas Nils will wave the flag for Mediterranean haute cuisine.
This unique evening will take place on Monday 26th September 2011 in our Simp|y Fosh restaurant @ Convent de la Missio. Guests will enjoy the pairing of fine Mallorcan wines with these exceptional dishes. The cover will be 170.00€ and the event will start at 20.00.
