This full service caterer provides gourmet food as fresh and tasty as can be, with ingredients sourced on the local markets. Gourmet Clique arranges weddings, private parties, corporate events, staff hire and venues for special celebrations in different locations across Mallorca.
Michael Reljic, Gourmet Clique's head chef, has been on the island for many years and is well known for his vibrant and exciting cooking, while Stephanie uses her skills to make the clients' vision happen. She is backed up by a strong and experienced team.
As Stephanie says: 'Our clients demand perfection and it's up to us to make sure we deliver, not only that, our aim is to put the 'sparkle' into any event. Our professional team of chefs and event planners look forward to working with you!'

Sample Menu Items Starters - Rice paper summer roll with Norwegian salmon, cucumber & avocado; Lobster salad with fillets of Sóller-oranges, avocado & pine seeds
Main Dishes - John Dory fillet fried in sesame oil on a bed of vegetables served with papaya & mango chutney and coriander noodles; Oriental rack of lamb prepared with dates, plums, apricots, almond and cashew nuts, flavoured with fresh coriander and argan oil; Thai Wok of assorted vegetables with Thai-chilli, ginger, lemongrass, garlic, sesame oil, coconut milk, red curry paste, nam pla, kaffir, lime leafs and coriander served on basmati rice
