Fran Morata ha trabajado en varios restaurantes, cafeterías y hoteles de renombre. Entre sus anteriores trabajos destacan sus temporadas de cocinero en el hotel Valparaíso Palace y en el Plat d'Or con una estrella Michelin dentro del Hotel Arabella Sheraton en Son Vida. Allí trabajó junto al cocinero Rafael Sánchez, 'un verdadero maestro y mentor'.

En la cocina del Restaurante Cuba Colonial, Fran trabaja con Miguel en la elaboración de platos típicos mallorquines con un original toque moderno.

Fran has worked at various well-known restaurants, cafeterias and luxury hotels. Previous posts that stand out include time working as a chef at the Valparaiso Palace and at the Plat d'Or with a Michelin Star within the Arabella Sheraton Hotel in Son Vida. There he worked alongside the chef Rafael Sánchez who he considers a great mentor.
 
In the kitchen at the Cuba Colonial, Fran works together with Miguel to create typical Mallorcan dishes upon which they lavish an original modern touch.
