Description Fosh Food is a popular 'culinary multi space' in the center of Palma founded and managed by chefs Marc Fosh, Kevin Becker and Rob Bragagnolo. Fosh Food encompasses a well-stocked gourmet shop, a restaurant, cooking classes and events, as well as a full catering and yacht provisioning service.
Rob, one of the founders, explains the philosophy behind Fosh Food: 'This is a chef driven business with people who love food and have knowledge of food, supplying the end consumer directly with that product, instead of it being filtered by too many people. So when we provision to the yachts for instance, it's a chef telling another chef what they can get and how they should cook it.'
'When you're in the restaurant at Fosh Food you have a chef who now is not only the chef but also the waiter and the sommelier at the same time, so there's no barrier between who's cooking your food and who's serving it. It's the same with the caterings, because we deal directly with the customers instead of lots of event planners. So in this culinary multi space we offer every aspect of the food business under one roof.'

The restaurant at Fosh Food offers fresh Mediterranean cuisine with a strong Asian influence (Thai / Japanese).
Lunchtime 13.00 to 16.00 Monday to Saturday Menu of the Day - 3 courses €15 (excluding wine, including IVA). Specials of the Day - examples - Wild sea bass Mallorcan style; Salmon teriyaki with cucumber namasu salad. Menu 'A la Carte' is also available

Services Full Catering Service where the key is 'extreme flexibility'. Fosh Food caters for any type of event or party from 5 to 2000 people. Weddings, gala events, business dinners etc. Apart from the food, Fosh Food supplies all the necessary equipment. Private parties hosted at home can also be arranged, where the Fosh Food chefs incorporate an element of show cooking. Please give 48 hours notice for small groups and about 2 weeks' notice for large groups.
Yacht Provisioning Service where the key is 'to make life easier'. Fosh Food supply yachts with raw ingredients and essentials. Fish and meats are pre-prepared. Home-cooked meals by Marc Fosh, include stocks and soups, slow cooked pork vacuum packed, lobster bisque and more.
Gourmet Shop with extensive wine list, products and cooking utensils.
Wine List A comprehensive list which includes wines from the New World, France, Italy, Spain (including a range of wines produced on Mallorca). Cavas and champagnes.
