Description
Florian restaurant in Portocolom is the culmination of a dream that a
brother and sister had to open up a very personal venue where one can sit, eat,
drink and relax on the terrace in front of the sea. Katharina and her brother
Florian grew up in the gastronomy world in Germany, and have worked in many
countries. They brought that expertise to Portocolom ten years ago (2008 is
their 10th year anniversary) where they continue to offer
fresh, creative Mediterranean cuisine in a very
special setting. The restaurant also provides a backdrop for new Mallorcan
artists so the art changes every few months. Florian is trendy, friendly and
most of all, a fun place to be.

Florian is located on the main road running alongside the harbour.

goat's cheese in fine puff pastry with seasonal fruits, strawberry sauce and
'magic sauce' reduction of balsamic vinegar (pictured)
