Description Fabrica 23 restaurant at the larger premises on Calle Cotoner in Santa Catalina, Palma is, as always, characterised by a lively and friendly atmosphere where good food and good fun reign supreme.
This perfect combination is made possible by brothers Sascha and Alexei who have run the restaurant successfully for nearly 12 years. Alexei trained with the Roux Brothers at the Waterside Inn in London, and now creates imaginative dishes using fresh, and where possible, local seasonal produce. Sascha grew up in Spain and England, and manages the floor with flair. Definitely 'a people person', he welcomes dinner guests from all over in fluent English, Spanish, German and even Mallorquin!
There is no 'a la carte' at Fabrica 23. Guests select seasonal dishes 'a la blackboard'. There is also a reasonably priced Menu of the Day at lunchtime. Every Friday enjoy a Fish & Chips lunch, or check out the traditional Sunday roast at lunchtime (from October to May). The restaurant is very popular so reservations are highly recommended!
