Description Fábrica 23 restaurant now at larger premises on Calle Cotoner in Santa
Catalina, Palma is, as always, characterised by a lively and friendly
atmosphere where good food and good fun reign supreme. This perfect combination
is made possible by brothers Sascha and Alexei who have run the restaurant for
10 years. Chef Alexei creates imaginative dishes using fresh seasonal market
produce, while Sascha, 'a people person' who grew up in Spain and England,
welcomes guests from all over in fluent Mallorquin, Spanish, German and English.
There is no 'a la carte' at Fabrica 23. Guests select seasonal dishes 'a la
blackboard'. There is also a 'Menú del Día' at lunchtime. The restaurant is
very popular so reservations are highly recommended!
Directions Fabrica 23 has moved to a new
location not far from the previous address.

Wine
list Extensive selection of about 140 wines, mainly from
Spain. Some French (White) and Mallorcan. Red, White and Rose available.
Also Champagne and Cava, as well as a stocked Bar with Liqueurs.
Owners Sascha and
Alexei Tarsey
Chef Alexei Tarsey trained with the Roux brothers at The
Waterside Inn in London (3 Michelin stars), and has cooked around the world,
even on luxury cruiseliners. Now, he brings together different culinary
cultures, creating his own signature cuisine with dishes that are inspired and
imaginative.
Maitre Sascha manages the floor with confidence and flair, making sure everyone
enjoys their meal and has a good time.
Other Reservations are highly recommended.
Virtually all special diets can be catered for with advance warning, and dishes
can be adapted to the client's preferences. Temperature controlled
