Description Essencia Art is a small and cosy restaurant in the centre of busy Santa Catalina in Palma.
The essence or 'esencia' can be found in its hearty but modern fusion cuisine dishes, prepared with passion by Chef Claudio Vargas.
Claudio creates a very interesting cuisine which combines flavours from many different countries and cultures; from typical Spanish delicacies to Thai, Latin American and Japanese flavours.
Essencia Art also adds its own original combination; the restaurant makes its walls available to young talented artists so that they can exhibit their work. The kitchen then tries to combine its creations with whatever art is on the walls at any given time, thereby creating a fusion of art, cuisine, and the general atmosphere of the restaurant.
A guest at Essencia Art will enjoy a true gastronomic experience; You can savour many different flavours in any given dish and no visit to this restaurant would be complete without trying the signature desserts. A well-stocked cocktail bar also includes a variety of Gins.
