Description
Es Vi Restaurant opens the 2012 season with a new gastronomic orientation, offering a very Mallorca-Mediterranean Tapas menu with lots of flavour and style. At Es Vi, Andalusian born chef Pablo Mariñas de Cádiz follows a traditional tapas cuisine, but adapts it to our times. Other dishes include classic favourites like a Mallorcan 'tumbet'. You can enjoy all of them with a glass of wine from the extensive list all in an informal 'cellar' type environment. 

Directions
From the Via Cintura take the Son Rapinya offramp. Go through the village and once you enter Son Vida follow signs to Castillo Son Vida Hotel.

An attractive 13th century castle of medieval origin and one of the most luxurious hotels in Spain, Castillo Hotel Son Vida is surrounded by 500 hectares of sub-tropical parkland and four golf courses of a total of 63 holes, one of which is private. Elegance and style are prevalent throughout the hotel which has recently undergone some major renovations.

The Wine List stars wines from Mallorca and the Spanish peninsula. Félix Granado, maitre and sommelier of the restaurant is commited to small and little known wineries that produce excellent wines of a very limited production.
