Cuisine • Market • Mediterranean Description In the picturesque little town of Deià, at the base of the Teix mountain, you will find a very special place to dine. Es Racó d'es Teix restaurant offers stunning panoramic views while you savour the delectable dishes created by chef Josef Sauerschell with one Michelin star. Here, the cuisine is based on clean and distinctive flavours, where the focus is on the classical, but modernised Mediterranean kitchen. Directions Coming in from Valldemossa after the first major bend take the road C/ Sa Vinya Vella off to the right. About 50 metres further up you will find the restaurant on your right.
