Description
Es Molí d'en Bou Restaurant opened its doors in 2000 under chef Tomeu Caldentey from Mallorca. During the last few years, he has maintained the same philosophy: to offer and serve a creative and simple cuisine based always on the traditional Mallorcan kitchen, while adding a very personal and modern spin to all the dishes. In 2004, Tomeu Caldentey was awarded a Michelin Star which he maintains to date.

As from May 1, 2009, Es Moli d'en Bou Restaurant moved to a new venue at Hotel Protur Sa Coma Playa of four stars, in Sa Coma. This move has not changed any aspect of the internal functioning of Es Moli d'en Bou Restaurant. The owner and chef is still Tomeu Caldentey.

There is a Chef's Table (located in the kitchen) with a maximum capacity for eight people - choose any of the Gourmet Menus on offer.

In 2011, Tomeu decided to recover the spirit of his Bistro project, Taronja Negre which he started in a few years ago. At Taronja Negre you'll find a lighter, more dynamic and informal offering without losing sight of the quality and the degree of originality that Tomeu is known for.

Another space within Es Moli den Bou that was inaugurated in 2011 is the Taittclub - a complement to the gastronomic offering, designed to be a meeting or gathering point.

As well as an excellent banqueting service for any type of personal celebration or corporate event, which included the latest technology and a congress centre which can cater for up to 400 people. 



Enjoy the gastronomic offering in one of Protur's five restaurants: Azafrán (gourmet restaurant), La Toscana (Italian Trattoria), Asian, The Terrace Grill (Agentinian). Along with Es Molí d'en Bou they form an interesting 'gastronomic circuit' of a high standard.
